Questions about pricing?

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free and paid plans start with a trial where offered. You only add a payment method when you upgrade.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets a free subdomain, and plans with the custom domain feature let you connect your own domain with automatic HTTPS.
How do I get paid?
Connect the payment gateways available on your plan, or accept bank transfers and cash on delivery. Payouts go directly to your own gateway account.
Can I switch themes later?
Absolutely. Switch themes at any time from the store admin; your products, orders and customers stay exactly as they are.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade in one click from your subscription page. Limits increase immediately and you are only billed for the new plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your subscription page and your store stays online until the end of the paid period. You can export your data at any time.
