Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a store on Commerce Cloud Demo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials, for all activity under your account and for the content you publish on your store.

3. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance per billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not sell illegal goods, infringe third-party rights or use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend stores that violate these rules.

5. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. After cancellation your data is retained for a grace period and then deleted.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
